Your Professional Account

Your Professional Account allows you to manage your presence on our marketplaces and makes handling your sales leads simpler. Using this secure interface, you can reply to buyers while keeping a record of all conversations.

Receive all sales leads by email and communicate with the buyer.

Each sales lead is saved directly in the management interface. You can view the leads waiting for a response, the ones you’ve replied to and those you’ve declined. The system checks the validity of the email address as well as the successful receipt of your replies.

You can view your seller rating in your Professional account.

How does the seller rating system work?
Five days after they send a request, we ask each buyer to give us their opinion and rate their satisfaction. This rating is measured on a scale of 1 to 5 stars. Your overall rating is then calculated by taking the average of all feedback collected. It is displayed next to your name on the pages of the products you sell.

The secure messaging interface lets you know when the buyer has successfully received and read your reply.

Have you replied to a buyer request? If the buyer hasn’t responded to you after 5 days, we send them an automatic reminder that you are waiting a response. You will be informed of this reminder in your interface

If the buyer didn’t leave a phone number when they made a request, you can still contact them directly with your Professional Account. The validity of buyers’ email addresses is always checked by our system.
